We are Radhika Jain and Bejoy Balagopal, two individuals first brought together by the power and magic of theatre and arts. It is precisely this infinite power that we believe can be transformative – for individuals, groups and organizations. We endeavour to do this by providing high quality awareness sessions, through customized trainings and workshops using the tools of Applied Theatre and Expressive Arts, that enable people from all walks of life – in the health care, corporate, education and sports sectors –  find constructive outlets to their talent, thoughts and ideas thus helping them to reflect and reboot every  day.

Radhika Jain

Co-founder & Artistic Director of First Drop Theatre
Radhika Jain is the Co-founder and Artistic Director of First Drop Theatre. An Expressive Arts therapy practitioner, Radhika is an Accredited Playback Theatre Trainer from the Centre for Playback Theatre, USA, Radhika is also the faculty for Playback Theatre at the Applied Theatre India Foundation, the co-editor of the International Playback Theatre Network (IPTN) journal and the Secretary (Executive Committee) at the Centre for Playback Theatre, USA. She is a certified Listening Hour Guide. She has a PhD in Molecular Microbiology from Germany and has corporate experience of 7 years in the field of Consulting and Marketing Research.

Bejoy Balagopal

Co-founder of First Drop Theatre
Bejoy Balagopal - A theatre practitioner for the last 10 years, Bejoy is a writer, director, actor and poet. Trained in Playback Theatre and Forum Theatre, Bejoy applies the wealth of over 20 years of corporate experience across the domains of training, people leadership and project management, to the magic of arts.
