Dr. Radhika Jain

A Certified Psychodrama Director, Accredited Playback Theatre Trainer from Centre for Playback Theatre, U.S.A., Expressive Arts Therapy Practitioner, faculty for Playback Theatre at the Applied Theatre India Foundation and at Azim Premji University, a practising Psychotherapist, and Co-Founder of First Drop Theatre.

She brings together psychodrama, applied theatre, and experiential learning in her work across mental health, education, community engagement, and organisational settings. Radhika is trained in multiple formats of interactive theatre.

Prior to her entrepreneurial journey in Applied Theatre, Radhika had a background in academics — with a PhD in Molecular Microbiology from Germany — and in the corporate world in Consulting and Market Research.

An Accredited Playback Theatre Trainer from Centre for Playback Theatre, U.S.A., writer, director, and sports-based storyteller, Bejoy applies the wealth of decades of corporate experience — across the domains of training, people leadership, and project management — to the magic of arts.

A holder of the IIMK-Professional Certificate Programme in Design Thinking and Innovation with Artificial Intelligence, he integrates organisational and theatre perspectives to design experiential learning spaces covering a wide variety of topics including but not limited to communication, collaboration, leadership, creativity, and human connection.
